Opening for Plan Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Review and analysis of plan documents and preparation of plan provisions summary to assure compliance with IRS rules and regulations
  • Recording of trust transactions, year-end accruals and preparation of trust reconciliation
  • Review and analysis of payroll for eligibility determination and application of statutory limits
  • Preparation of loan amortization schedule and appropriation of shares in relation to principal and interest payments
  • Preparation of summary of trust transactions for data input and processing
  • Review and analysis of allocation methodology
  • Preparation of Participants’ statements
  • Preparation of Form 5500 and Supporting Schedules for filing with Department of Labor
  • Calculation of Participants benefits for distribution
  • Preparation of Forms 1099 and 1096 for distributions to participants and filing with IRS
  • Preparation of Required Forms for plan terminations

  • BS Degree in Accountancy and 5 years post bachelor’s degree progressive experience
  • Communication skills to discuss plan provisions and policies with clients.
